By booking a service with PH Electric through our website, Jobber platform, phone, or in person, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all service types including residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work.

PH Electric offers services including (but not limited to):

• EV Charger Installation
   
• Solar Integration
   
• Generator & Backup Battery Systems
   
• Residential, Commercial & Industrial Electrical Work
   

The exact scope of work will be confirmed in your booking or quote. Any changes must be approved in writing and may result in updated pricing.

• Estimates are based on the scope discussed and may be adjusted due to unforeseen issues or scope changes.
   
• All pricing is in USD.
   
• Final invoices reflect actual time, materials, and project scope.
   

• For most projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
   
• Final balance is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Check, or Cash.
   

• Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
   
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
   
• No-shows or denied site access on the day of service may incur a minimum service call charge.
   

Client agrees to:

• Provide clear and safe access to the work area.
   
• Ensure any pets or hazards are secured.
   
• Be present (or have an authorized representative) on-site during service.
   

• PH Electric guarantees all workmanship for 90 days from the date of service.
   
• Manufacturer warranties apply on products and parts.
   
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden damages, or client-supplied equipment failures.
   

• PH Electric will pull necessary permits when required, unless otherwise agreed.
   
• All work will comply with NEC (National Electric Code), California state law, and local ordinances.
   

If unsafe conditions or serious code violations are found during service:

• We will pause work until the issue is resolved.
   
• Additional repairs or upgrades may be required before continuing.
   

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if:

• The environment is unsafe
   
• The client is non-compliant or abusive
   
• Payment terms are violated
   

Your information is stored securely via Jobber and only used to manage your service. We do not sell or share your personal data. See our full privacy policy at www.phelectric.pro/privacy.

Any disputes will first be handled through direct communication. If unresolved, they may be pursued in mediation or small claims court within Tuolumne County, California.

PH Electric may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website and applies at the time of booking.

By checking the box during online booking or signing your service agreement, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
